This Privacy Policy explains how Nex2Link ("Nex2Link", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit nex2link.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. We collect information you choose to share when you contact us, for example by messaging us on WhatsApp, emailing hello@nex2link.com, or calling +91 74004 70242. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, business name, and whatever details you share about your project or enquiry. We only collect what you choose to send us — the Site itself has no sign-up form, account system, or lead-capture form that submits data to our servers.
Like most websites, the Site automatically logs some technical information when you visit, through the analytics services described in Section 3: your approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and time spent on the Site. This data is aggregated and used to understand how the Site is used; it is not used to build a marketing profile of you as an individual unless you have separately identified yourself to us (for example, by contacting us).
The free tools (Google Ads Budget Calculator and Ad Leads Calculator) run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are used only to compute a result on your screen and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Closing or reloading the page clears them.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information you share with us, including serving the Site exclusively over HTTPS, applying a strict Content Security Policy and other security headers, and limiting who at Nex2Link has access to enquiry details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for business owners, marketers, and adults evaluating our services. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at hello@nex2link.com and we will delete it.
Nex2Link is based in India and primarily serves clients in India. If you access the Site from outside India, your information may be processed in India or in the countries where our service providers (such as Vercel, Google, or Ahrefs) operate their infrastructure, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
The Site links to third-party platforms we maintain, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms; please review their own privacy policies before interacting with them.
