Free marketing tools for Indian businesses

Most ad-budget advice online is written for dollars and American click costs. These calculators run on 2026 India benchmarks instead, so the number you get back is one you could actually take to a media plan. Free, no signup, no email wall.

Built from campaigns we actually run

The benchmarks behind these tools come from live accounts we manage for clinics, hospitals, hotels and local service businesses — not from a global average that flattens India into one number.

Before you brief an agency

Walk in knowing roughly what your category costs. It is much harder to be sold an unrealistic promise once you have seen the maths.

Before you raise a budget

Turn “we need more leads” into a defensible number, with the cost per enquiry it assumes written down next to it.

When a proposal looks too good

If someone has quoted you ₹50 per lead in a ₹400-per-click category, the calculator will show you why that does not add up.

When you run ads yourself

Set a daily budget that will not exhaust itself by 11am, and know what a reasonable cost per enquiry looks like before you judge the campaign.

Questions about the free tools

Straight answers, no signup required to get them either.

Are these calculators actually free?

Yes. No signup, no email wall, no paywall — open a calculator, enter your numbers, and get an answer. The budget and leads calculators run entirely in your browser, so nothing you type is sent to us or anyone else. The Lead Leak Check and the website audit have to send the address you enter to our server, because a browser is not allowed to read another site’s code, but nothing is stored either way.

Where do the benchmark numbers come from?

The India CPC ranges and conversion rates behind the Google Ads Budget Calculator, the Meta Ads Budget Calculator, the Digital Marketing Budget Calculator and the Ad Leads Calculator are compiled from published 2026 India benchmarks and our own campaign data, the same sourcing note shown on each calculator's benchmark table. The retainer prices in the Digital Marketing Budget Calculator are our own published 2026 starting prices, not market averages. They're a realistic planning range, not a guaranteed cost — your city, competition and landing page still move the real number.

Which calculator should I start with?

If you have already spent money on ads and got nothing back, start with the Lead Leak Check — it looks at your actual site and tells you what broke, which is a different question from what to spend.

If all you know is what you can afford in total, start with the Digital Marketing Budget Calculator — it splits one monthly number into agency fee and ad spend before anything else.

If you know how many enquiries you need, use a budget calculator instead — it works backwards from a lead target to a monthly spend. Pick the one that matches where you'll spend: the Google Ads Budget Calculator for Google Search, the Meta Ads Budget Calculator for Facebook and Instagram. If you already have an ad budget in mind, or want to sanity-check a number an agency gave you, use the Ad Leads Calculator instead — it works forward from spend to expected leads.

Is the website audit the same as running PageSpeed Insights myself?

It runs the same test — Google's own PageSpeed Insights, on a simulated mobile phone. What the audit adds is the translation: instead of a raw score and technical terms, you get plain language on what's slowing your site down and the fixes ranked by impact. See the website speed audit page for the full breakdown, including how it handles your data.

Do I have to talk to Nex2Link to use these tools?

No. Use them as many times as you like, no obligation. If you'd rather sanity-check a number with a person, or want help turning the estimate into a live campaign, the WhatsApp link on this page goes straight to us — but the tools work on their own.

Got a number. Now what?

The calculator gives you the budget. Turning it into campaigns that hold that cost per lead is the part we do. Send us what you got and we will tell you straight whether it is achievable.
